Evite Launches Premium Product Offerings

August 16, 2018

If you’ve ever received an online invitation to an event, chances are high it was created using Evite. Now, corporate event planners can also use the invitation service to design, send and manage invitations to professional events.

For corporations that host a number of small, by-invitation-only events such as breakfasts, dinners, receptions or outings, Evite’s new service can help streamline the process.

Evite was launched in 1998, and has grown to become the market leader in the field of online invitation services. The company’s free, easy-to-use invitation designs and a private sharing feed for photos and conversations has allowed it to build an audience of more than 1 million annual users.

“As the #1 provider of online invitations in the country, we have always supported a range of both consumer and business focused events,” said Evite CEO Victor Cho.

“Our Premium invitations are completely customizable, advertising-free, and come with all of the features that our customers love from our free product, including embedded donations, event planning widgets and tools, and much more,” he added.

The new Evite Premium experience provides the flexibility and ease of digital invitations with the look and feel of printed invitations. Premium users have access to fully customizable digital invitations, envelopes, stamps and inserts. Users can choose to design and upload their own content or logos, or choose from pre-designed templates.

Planners using Evite Premium can import contacts via most popular email programs (including Microsoft Outlook) or via a .csv file.  Attendee lists can be easily exported to a .csv file for check-in lists or for upload to CRM and marketing automation tools.

The Evite premium service is available on a per-event basis, or clients can purchase an annual license which includes access to unlimited premium digital invitations for a one-year period.
