In early April, select media got a first look inside Elon Musk’s $52.2 million underground transportation system 40 feet below the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). A strong majority of business travelers (74%) are confident that Las Vegas will be prepared to safely host in-person conferences, conventions and trade shows, when considering the second half of 2021, according to a recent survey commissioned by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). More than half (58%) of business travelers stated that they’re “burned out” on virtual meetings and events.
